The Denver Nuggets and Orlando Magic are heading to Orlando this season for the first time in 20 years.
This game will be the first of the two playoff series this season.
Denver will get a chance to close the series on a high note with the return of Nikola Jokic and Nikola Pekovic.
Orlando is looking to get a win this week in a must win game, as they are coming off a win in their first matchup this season, a 95-96 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.
Denver was without Jokovic and Peković for this game, so it will be up to Nikola Jokinen and his new team to take care of business.
Jokinon will have his hands full as he will be dealing with some injuries that have come up this season in the NBA.
Jokonen is averaging 15.7 points and 6.9 rebounds, while shooting 46.9 percent from the field.
He will be looking to take his game to the next level in this matchup.
He should get some help from Victor Oladipo, who has been putting up monster numbers in the post against the Magic this season with a combined 36 points and 17 rebounds.
If Oladampo can get his team going, he should have a chance for a big night, as he scored 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a 112-102 win over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday.
Oladapopo is averaging 22.3 points and 7.8 rebounds for the Jazz, who have lost five of their last six.
Orlando has been losing to the Nuggets in the playoffs, with two losses in the last three meetings.
The Magic have lost four of their past five playoff series.
They will try to get some much needed wins against the Nuggets, as Denver is a very well-balanced team that can get stops.
They are also coming off an 82-71 victory over Houston on Thursday.
Denver has won two of its last three playoff series, with the most recent win coming on February 22, 2013.
Orlando will get their first look at Jokanovic in his return to action after missing four games due to injury.
Joki’s return is coming after the 76ers announced that he will miss the remainder of the season due to a torn labrum.
The 76ers also announced that Pekovski will be sidelined indefinitely due to an undisclosed injury.
Orlando beat the 76er’s in five games last season, before Jokis injury.
The Nuggets and Magic will face off on Sunday at 7:30 p.m.
MT, and we will have a recap of all the action from this matchup on Sunday.
